No caraway, no whey (just take some water). Some shredded carrot may be added for appearance. The proprotions are as follows: for 800 g of shredded cabbage you need 250 mL of water, 21 g of plain salt, 40 g of sugar. Mix everything and place in a warm place for 3 days (preferred temperature is 25-30 Celsius, or 77-86 F). beklemhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06316592658587383051noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5151451901618141928.post-70913556688792842612012-09-05T12:00:49.663-05:002012-09-05T12:00:49.663-05:00Paula - you're making me bluPaula - you're making me bluLea H @ Nourishing Treasureshttp://www.nourishingtreasures.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5151451901618141928.post-62631930140608347632012-09-05T09:32:04.188-05:002012-09-05T09:32:04.188-05:00Thanks for a great post! We have whey since we make our own yogurt so I can strain some off. I'm excited to try making it with some whey added in.
