Avocado Dip

I've had several of you ask me for my avocado dip recipe.  It's so healthy and yummy!  My kids love it!  You can eat it with tortilla chips, whole wheat crackers or fresh veggies.  We like to eat it with broccoli or slices of bell peppers.




Ingredients:

2 avocados
4 ounces of sour cream
4-6 ounces of cheddar cheese
green onions
sea salt
garlic

Directions:

Put all of your ingredients in a food processor.  Blend until smooth and ..... that's it!  You can add as much of the green onions, garlic and sea salt as you like.  You can add some lemon juice if you like to keep the green color. I don't use the lemon juice.  I just put a layer of plastic wrap on the top of mine and press it down to get all the air out.  Then put your lid on your container.

It's yummy on hamburgers too!!  =)
