Ingredients:
- 3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1tsp baking Soda
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
In large bowl mix these ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cups Raw Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
- 4 Egg Whites
- 4 Large Over-Ripe Bananas
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts or Pecans (or chocolate chips)
Stir in flour mixture. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
Or, you could make muffins. My kids like mini muffins. They are the perfect size for a healthy snack or dessert! 2 or 3 mini muffins and you're ready to go! Flash freeze them and put 2 or 3 in bags for school lunches or a quick snack when you're in a hurry. These little muffins are really great to have on hand!
