MSG causes more problems and has been linked to more diseases than most people realize. Here are a few:

Weight gain (this type of weight gain is hard to lose because your body doesn't know how to process it and filter it out.}
Foods that probably contain MSG:
Flavored potato chips, canned soups and stocks, bullion cubes and seasoning packets {Ramon Noodles}, condiments, cookies, prepackaged, frozen dinners and lunch foods, and fast food are a few..the list is endless. Be sure you read your labels at the grocery store and don't buy foods containing this ingredient.Ways to Limit MSG:
Eat your own homemade foods using your own seasonings. Avoid fast foods as much as possible. Eat natural whole foods instead of prepackaged ultra processed foods. Don't buy/eat flavored potato chips unless you know that brand doesn't have MSG. {Sun Chips and Tias are brands I like to get.}
Monosodium Glutamate {MSG} is made from sea weed and can be hidden labeled as "other natural flavors" and "yeast protein".
