Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Tis the Season...I LOVE autumn!!

Ingredients:
1 quart of pureed pumpkin
1.5 cups of raw sugar
1 cup of cinnamon applesauce - because I have several quarts left from last year.  {You could use regular apple sauce and a couple of teaspoons of cinnamon instead.}
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons of vanilla
4 Cups of whole wheat flour
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon nut meg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons milk
1 cup dark chocolate chunks {plus or minus a few.} =D

Directions:
Disolve baking soda in milk and add to pumpkin, sugar, eggs, applesauce, and vanilla.  Mix well.  Add in all other ingredients.  Fold in chocolate chips.  Use ice cream scoop to form cookies.   Bake at 350 for 7-10 minuets.  Enjoy with a nice glass of fresh milk!

Happy Fall, Yall!

{Great for Christmas too!}
