New Baby Steps to Healthy Living

I have decided to revamp my series entitled "Baby Steps to Healthy Living".


Healthy Living is a journey.  We learn more as we go along.  Little by little we uncover little "pebbles" along the path that help us on our journey to living a healthier life.  Before you know it, you'll be able to look back and see huge differences that have mounted up over time.  And you will also be able see a difference in your overall health and the way you feel from day to day!!

Healthy Living is economical.  Do you find yourself standing back and looking at your pantry stacked high with  processed,  prepackaged foods wondering how you would ever have the time to make it all yourself??  Or how you can bring yourself to throw away all that money??  Don't give up!  You can do it...little by little.  And you'll find that cooking it yourself is actually cheaper than all those processed foods anyway!   
{when I say "cheaper", I mean "less expensive" and I used to be into coupons, so I was all over that processed junk at one point!}

Healthy Living is a personal choice.  You decide whats right for you and your family based on your situation, your fiances, and what you feel is most important to you at this time.  You can go as far as you want to go with it!  These "baby steps" are just to get you started in the right direction.
