The first step in changing your diet is something you can do quietly from the kitchen and no one will know the difference except for you! Your food will actually taste better! I promise! And if you have the problem of picky eaters or family members that just don't like change....there's a 99% chance they won't even notice this change!

{I've found the more changes I can make that no one notices the better. That way, when I make a change or two here and there that they DO notice, it won't seem like I"m changing EVERY thing all at once! It won't be as stressfull for them. I happen to have a husband that doesn't like change.}
